They have a small lot at the office. Some of the properties have larger lots where you might be able to park. I would he k with the office to see if you need a permit so you don't get towed
These dwellings seem to be privately owned and I'm not sure of what monthly rates are for actual lots,I would call the main office number

Homes are allowed one pet there is usually not a deposit as the homes are usually owned by the person living in it only the space is owned by the park, If you happen to be renting one of the trailers that would be something you discussed directly with the owner
