Entire staff extremely caring and focused on both fur baby & fur parent. Dr. Quickly told me "sorry, we're not in a room and I'm not telling you this to scare you, but i need to get started right away". I appreciated his urgency. Pretty soon they called us to a room where he could explain in more detail, but his priority was saving our fur baby. Staff encouraged me to call mad check on her since she had to be kept over night, which i did. Not once did i get the sense i was a bother to them. They made an emergency pet medical situation as comfortable as possible. And they saved our fur baby. 5 stars aren't actually enough.

We are visiting the Eugene area from out-of-town (Florida). We travel with two small poodles, one of which needed to have a tooth removed. We were hoping to wait until we returned home to our regular veterinarian; however, his mouth started bleeding and we knew it couldn't wait. We called Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital and they were able to see our furry child within an hour. They performed the necessary procedure to remove his bad teeth (turned out to be more than one) and cleaned his good teeth. We picked him up later that day and we were extremely pleased with the service provided. Everyone from the phone receptionist, office staff, veterinarian, and vet assistants were exceptionally polite and professional. Was it expensive...yes; however, not more than we would have expected. It was urgent care for a furry member of our family, they took care of us right away and fixed the problem. We feel if you are going to have pets, you have to be prepared of medical care when and if needed. We highly recommend Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital.

Took my new puppy here and was super happy with the whole experience. The vet tech who brought us into the room was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The vet was also a pleasure. Their prices are very fair, I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed. I’ve had more bad experiences at other vets than good and Echo Hollow was the first place that made me trust a vet again! They know what they are talking about and clearly care deeply about their pet patients.

Been going to them for 5 years.. Done with them. Good prices, but expect to pay for everything twice. Two different animals, shoddy repair work and no break on the redo. And, if you have something simple like a dog with seasonal allergies, expect the whole song and dance about fleas, blood work anything to beef up the bill and constant "need" for expensive rechecks... if you can get in. Need an appointment? Expect to be a month out. Book an urgent visit? Throw your appointment time under your tire and run it over. They "must be good because they're so busy" nope, it's because everyone has to come in at least twice for the same thing. Finding a new vet.... that's actually interested in the animal and not their income. 🤔🙄

You can arrive with your cat and there maybe a 2 to 5 hour wait because they are appointment based. If you are able to call them and get an urgent care appointment there may be 1 to 4 hour wait but you will be seen that day. Either way works.
Hi Dawn, yes a few of our doctors do see Ferrets. Please call our office at 541-844-1038 to setup an appointment.
I would call them and ask. If not, perhaps maybe they can direct you to someone who can help. Might ask Chintimini Wildlife Center near Corvallis also, as they might know or suggest someone who treats reptiles. Hope (both) you and your snake are well soon.
Didn't see anything in the waiting room that indicated birds. I took in my cat. Dogs in there at the time.
Yes, please call our office at 541-844-0180 if you would like to setup an appointment.
