I love the Laundromutt Self Service dog wash on River Road. BUT, today left very frustrated!! The shampoo was so diluted, I couldn't get any kind of a lather. I have taken my dogs there several times over the past few years, and have never felt the need to complain, although the shampoo has always been diluted, I could at least get a bit of sudsy lather. I have two large 70 lb Black Golden Doodles. The undercoat that they have is so thick, it is next to impossible to get down to the skin to get them clean unless you have a sudsy lather. So, left there today feeling my dogs were not as clean as they should be. I asked if the owner had a problem with me bringing my own shampoo. So, that's what I will do in the future. Don't get me wrong, the employees are super nice, very accommodating. The price is right, and the establishment is always clean. Love not having to clean up the huge mess after giving my two 70 lb (lots of hair) dogs a bath. Thank you Laundromutt Self Service dog wash for that!!! My rating will definately go back up to a 5 after this.
