Purchased an 03 Chevrolet Silverado LS Oct 9 2020 for my 15yr old son. Made a 4hr drive because the vehicle was a “low mileage gem”. Upon looking at the vehicle it was not as expected but was still a decent vehicle. Asked to take it for a test drive and was told Missouri law only allows test drives of a certain distance and was given a route to follow, approx 5 miles. Drive it, everything seemed fine. Bickered on the price but paid a little more because it’s supposed to be a “mint” vehicle and “you don’t find them in this good of condition”. trailered it home, drive it approx 10 miles and the check engine light comes on and starts flashing. I pulled over and shut it off, light goes out. Drive it another 15 miles and it’s back on. I get it home and check with my reader, 21 codes!! I message Mark and he tells me they can’t read set codes with their reader... vehicle taken to a shop this morning, first time using the heater and no heat. Clogged heater core. Oh when signed the title I thought I was signing a Missouri title, when I went to get it titled in Iowa turns out it was a Pennsylvania title and had been owned by a couple dealerships before Team purchased it. I gave them 2 stars, one for the vehicle being misrepresented and one for me not running the VIN number myself... Update: truck nearly killed my kid when braking and a rusted brake line blew. Truck had been painted black underneath, now we know why Edit: after a year now we find out the cab corners were replaced. Rusted from the inside out…… also after closer investigation found brake lines replaced. This model truck known to have rusted brake lines… instead of replacing with proper 3’ lines they used off the rack 6’ lines and bent them so they were hidden in the frame…. Switched rating to one star, if only they had negative stars

Amazing purchase experience. This is the first time I ever felt like a car dealer is doing us a favor. They offered the best price for our trade in car and they have the best offered prices for the cars in the lot. They have this family oriented atmosphere and function with absolute trust. They are the first to show me that it’s not all about money, that they care about us! 100% recommend this dealer!

Do not buy from here. As someone previously said, we were told our vehicle was rust free. They obviously painted the frame which is completely rusted out. The frame is completely falling apart and is not safe to drive. Very dishonest business. Would never recommend anyone use this place.

We purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from here and it seemed to be a wonderful care till we got it home. Its been almost 2 years and still having issues with it. The whole underneath was rusted have had to put over 4000 on it. Just irritating when you spend good money on a car and you realize you have been taken!! The hatch is rusting inside the doors are rusting.just looks like things they know was wrong with it wasn't brought to our attention

Our office is staffed with only husband and wife. We ask that everyone help us practice social distancing out on the lot. Only 2 guests are allowed inside the office at a time and we require the use of face masks covering the nose and mouth while inside our facility. Disinfecting wipes are used on surfaces between guests and there is an air purifier in use.
