TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My boyfriend and I just left from looking at a 2013 Altima. The guy, assuming it’s the owner, was rude and short during the initial phone call to inquire. My boyfriend is asking questions about the vehicle, which is OVER PRICED, might I add. Front bumper damage, scraped rims, engine stared horribly, the inside was poorly cleaned, and lots of smoke when the guy revved the engine. My boyfriend CALMLY expressed that he felt it was over priced for a used car and the guy says “You can think that. You don’t have to buy it.” & at that point we decided to take our business elsewhere. My boyfriend even told him “hey. Poor customer service just cost you a potential sale.” Not to mention my cousin purchased a car from here a few years back and wasn’t satisfied with her car once it was purchased. DO NOT COME HERE! Spend your money some place that can deliver good customer service!
