If you want a car fast with a low down payment good place to go but as far as everything else Horrible customer services terrible, employees rude they don’t like making arrangements with you fr so if yu know yu not guaranteed to have the money when needed even when life happens dont expect for them to work with you, expect for them to call continuously and be rude there money hungry and it shows if I had known what I known now I would’ve chose a more better professional place where the employees love there jobs and to add on Ann thats the manager of accounts is very rude and don’t know how to speak to cust

I would say no me personally. Auto Now is a good place to get a reliable car I got a suv from them and paid it off in May. I haven't had any problems with it, the staff is great and they will work with you. The first day of having my car from Autozoom I had issues. I kept telling them something was wrong and they fixed the heat but I told them it was more then that and they kept saying they couldn't find the problem. The Throttle body finally went out and guess who was stuck paying for it me.
