I had an issue with my package being delivered to my mailbox before I had filled out the Address Form. The team here worked together to make sure my package didn’t get automatically returned and was available for pickup the next day. Big thanks to Jodi for helping me resolve this issue!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Though the postal service/post office system is overall seemingly foreign to the concept of good customer service, this location is absolutely horrendous! They tend to make the customer feel as if they are a child not intelligent enough to make their own decisions or understand how postal procedures work. I went to this location a couple of months ago to mail about 10 packages where I believed I had done most of it online. However, when I got to the counter, I was never greeted in a friendly manner nor even a question of, "How can I help you." Merely a finger point at the counter is all I got before, "You want all this fragile? Did you pay for the protection. That's not even the right box for what you paid for online. You can't send this. You sure you want the fragile protection cost? It's a lot, you don't want to do that." Excuse me, since when are clerks allowed to make decisions for customers. If he had merely calmly explained what I needed to do and that merely labeling the packages with fragile does not inherently mean it will be handled accordingly, this review would be quite different. No, instead, he just said that I need to take off these labels that were printed and taped to the packages and to use the automated machines as if he was too superior or busy or couldn't spare the time to actually help me. I left feeling defeated and belittled. The experience was beyond atrocious. Edit" I ordered two packages that were supposed to have been delivered a week ago on the same date with both being marked delivered, however, I never actually received the packages. In my apartment box mailbox, there was a key for the larger locker, but when I opened the larger locker, nothing was there. I have since been in a constant struggle as I inquire into this issue without any word from the actual post office. The only communication I have received is through the 1-800 number. I am appalled at this location and the postal service overall after these incidents.

Would be great if they would answer the phone. I mailed a package almost two weeks ago that shows it is STILL at the post office in Lake Mary, never even left. I've tried getting help online & calling. Nothing!
