I was at my mailbox around 11:00. Unfortunately I was too late and there was no time frame for the pick up. I was confused because our carrier is never early. That's what I get for assuming. Thank you Mr. Holt for your feedback.
You can leave them beside your mailbox, the carrier will pick them up.
