My father went to this location and he asked for a crispy cheese pizza so then the lady said a cheese pizza but my dad corrected her and she said so rudely well done even after that they gave some soggy pizza . Then when I went she done the same🙄🤬

I agree the same happened to me she had a very bad attitude and was very rude on the phone

Never had a problem with Fratellis good food and service

Really,weird they are really really good ,may be one those days ,theyre really good

They always get my order wrong it's like they don't care then get mad at you like really you writing it down why can't you make it right, I pay the deliver a good tip and I know it's not his fault, it's the person that that the other what are you doing 🤬

Explain that mind as you prefer it and they prepare it
