I’m not one to write a bad review and bash a business but for how well known it is, do better. Pizza was OK could have been better. I went in Friday Night with my wife and had the young lady waitress with long dark hair and let’s just say. It was unpleasant. We felt as if we were very unwelcome because she was very serious and did not crack a smile once, strictly business. It doesn’t hurt to smile. We asked for refills twice and never received them, with how salty the clam is we sure as Hell needed them. When we were ready to pay she was no where to be found. Went to the bathroom while waiting to pay my tab and saw her gossiping with other ladies while we have been waiting a good 15 minutes on her. We go out to eat as a treat and are hoping to have a good experience but I would definitely say this was one of the worst experiences I had here. Hoping for better next time, if there is a next time.

Normally I love Pepes Pizza. Well anyway the one in New Haven I should say. I just ordered some today from the Waterbury location, and well I feel they have fallen way off. The pizza isn't as thin as normal. The sauce has barely any flavor in it. This is NOT what I am used to with them at all. Granted I haven't eaten here in about 2yrs and I guess if I do wanna spend crazy money on something that may not be to my full satisfaction, I'll just stick with the original New Haven location. Other than that I feel another place I've been going to weekly to every few days for a few months now is by far way better and not as expensive as this was. Im not one to leave many reviews but when I do it's for a reason and I feel that I needed to leave this review.
