I do not know what is up with this location, but last 4 times I went , it was not great. Last week I went and girl was miserable beyond words, no manners, and seemed bother we were there. I had a gift card and cash and she proceeds to deduct the cash first BEFORE the gift card, hellooo use the gift card first THEN pay rest with cash! She refused to give back a receipt as she was "out of paper". I was going to tip nothing if i could but gave her the left over gift card as I wasn't coming back. Time before that, girl was sweet and well mannered but would not take our drink order as the bartender was " new , slow and did not know how to make drinks yet"... well not my problem when i go to have a drink with my spouse there. Last 2 times before that... kid was a lost cause... forgot my dessert and brought out my melted ice cream. This location needs to get there act together and making Waterbury look even worse than what it already is!
