Was able to pass my driving test years ago using them. Rented a car for my sisters test from them and she passed as well they were able to get her 2hr driving session done fast enough for her to use to car for her test date. Will be referring my brother here to get his drug and alcohol as well.

Yes, it's also done at the mall through the school there. Don't know any other way. It's a road test.
