Waste of time even with a pcp or an emergency. Had cervical radiculopathy in August for 34 days straight. Pain was absolutely brutal to the point where over the counter meds did little to no help. Begged and pleaded my pcp at the time for help and both times I got told no. The nurse herself said that it could've been something muscular before I found out what it was and I was still denied help. Just now I'm dealing with the flu and like before I was denied any help. Just now got called from this Staywell and just got told that the emergency room wouldn't do anything to help me either. They don't do walk ins so if you have an emergency don't bother, no one will help you.

Told an expecting mother that the baby might have split spine syndrome and never scheduled her sonogram to confirm so. Horrible place. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU'RE PREGNANT.

I was moving to north haven & needed my newborn information & they gave me someone else’s information which has there address,d.o.b, & social security & etc. I’m extremely furious because this could’ve been my sons Information getting put out there . & if I was someone else I could’ve used there social security. When I called they tried telling me that they were trying to help me out & that they weren’t even suppose to give me my sons info right then & there which made it worse. I reported them to the police. If you want your child’s info safe don’t go here. I also had my own appointment here which I tried rescheduling multiple times because I was moving & they told me I had to come in because that was the only date they had this month . When I came in they told me I wasn’t suppose to be seen til the following month. They are just unprofessional
