I have owned my condo here for about 7 months now and have never had a negative experience since moving in. The president of the association is always available by text when I have questions and is also very friendly. All of the unit owners keep to themselves but are friendly when you see them and the complex is very quiet. The area in general is very safe and family oriented. I just wish the property allowed dogs.
