Very disappointed I was expecting longer pieces of gutter coming off of my house so the water runs down my driveway which is what I was quoted for. When I called about this I was told buy extra pieces from home depot sorry but I paid over $4000 for these gutters pretty sure they could have supplied them to me. All I got was a run around and noone offering to help. When the sales associate came out to the house he tells me that there a coating inside the gutters to make it so you never have to get up on a ladder to clean them well this was a lie and when I called about an issue with them once again I got the run around and finally I spoke with a supervisor named Ashley that agreed with me that I was lied to but still no help don't waste your money with this company. I was told if I have an issue after they were installed then it's my problem because I waited to long to call about my install issue well I'm sorry that life got in the way and COVID was a thing oh any I had a baby forgive me for living my life would be nice if this company understood and would help me out. Especially after there supervisor agreed that I was lied to.

I didn't post a copy of our warranty.

I am a freelance writer doing a series of articles on General Contracting in Fairfield County and have a few questions. What would you like people seeking a GC to know? What's wrong with going with the lowest bid? Mike Landfair

Sometimes going with the lowest bid isn't always the best choice. We chose Power homes because they were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with our schedule. The workmanship and quality of their services lived up to there promise. If you are looking for a general contractor always do research and look for quality.
