I went there for the very first time to get my ear pierced for the first time on my cartilage on 09/02 actually. Needless to say I was nervous about what methods they used. But, my expectations were blown away. The person who did my piercing (I'm not sure if he's Eric lmao sorry) was amazing, he let me pick my piercing and waited patiently (even though I didn't take too long to pick my piercing, 5 minutes tops I assume) and he was thorough with my questions and made sure I was calm even if my friend was there. It was quick and the pain on my cartilage, I'll give it a 5/10, feels like something popped but that's my pain threshold. For a first time piercing, I do recommend going here and the shop was clean and the piercer was clean as well. I'll probably come back for another piercing.

Hello! Anyone under the age of 18 (but older than 12) does need their parent or legal guardian with them to get pierced. This is per CT state law. The parent/guardian needs their photo ID. The minor needs a long form birth certificate and a photo ID or something that has a photo and their name.
