To get my belly buttom pierced do i need to be 18? If not, what proper identification do I need?

Yes, we will pierce minors as young as 12. All minors are required to bring 1-2 documents with their name, DOB, and photo. They must be with their parent or legal guardian whom has their photo ID as well. If the last names are not the same then we will need a full length birth certificate, marriage or divorce papers, guardian papers. None of the documents can be handwritten and they must all be legal papers. Please call us for any clarification you need on these guidelines.
