Can we put one cable & 2 boxes for two different rooms? If so,what is the lowest price we can get?

Use a two way digital splitter for two boxes. Connect cable to input of splitter and two separate cables at output off splitter going to the boxes. "Simple" any more questions just ask

U have to tell them,when u place u order how many boxes u need...

It's an additional $10-$15 per box added to your plan. Optimum will set up a splitter once you tell them that you want a set plan with additional boxes
