Extremely bad attitude and service. I’m glad I made an appointment otherwise I would probably be here for hours. I was asked “Why do I need a modem?” Because I’m entitled to one for paying for the Spectrum internet service? I even made an appointment to get one. Went there a second time. Service was good.

Worst service ever! All staffs there are not willing to help anyone. All they want to do is to chat with each other. No sign for checkin and no one tells you that you have to checkin after you enter the store and wait for 30 mins. No one cares about customers! They give you attitude on any question you ask. If you hate your job, you should just quit! AVOID!

Mario and Paul patiently helped us out for 2hours about our mobile devices.they help us unlock our phone from our previous phone provider, It was an amazing experience, i really appreciate them. They also called us after we left the store to remind us that we got another promotion that we can use to save more money on our internet bill.
