BEWARE The worst SERVICE with spectrum total nightmare. I moved MY SERVICES from spectrum
Horrible customer service waiting on phone for more than an hour no help they tell people something and the bill is double than what they tell you.and the people in the store at this location give you all wrong information. All they are concerned to sell and once you go back no help they don’t care. Horrible service rude staff.

I like the spaciousness of the location, it always looks very clean. When making an inquiry, should you meet a friendly and helpful agent, it makes the visit all the more worthwhile.

Ridiculous store. The stuff is taking for ever to serve one customer and I’m talking 20-30 mins per person. Had to wait over an hour just to drop off the equipment
i need to replace my remote, i have Spectrum provider but using an old Time/Warner remote which is not functioning, Can I pick up a Spectrum remote at your store on 3rd and 77th,

Yes they are very helpful in that area. Just bring the old remote and have them switch it. Trust they will not give you any problems.

Yes you can just go and let them know what's going on and they will change it for you on the spot
If I bring in my cable box in person do I need to bring in the wires or just the box for exchange
