The worst place to live is this astaltan every time they touch too much there is no security the office is never open they can never serve customers. Terrible service dogs loose everywhere

This place is really low-key if you don't like Hispanic music this is not the place for you because you constantly hear that other than that I love it here ,except my child got hit by a train 2 years ago because there's no fence separating the tracks from the mobile home park nor is there a fence between the creek in the mobile home park so it's really dangerous for little children I think they need to put up a fence it should be mandatory My child was special needs and went out the door before I knew it he had been hit by a train,

No the manager said she will quit at the end of the month there will be replacement but I'm not sure if that's true
not anymore. You can put deposit but they need to check your credit. It's high rent you rent the lot it's include water sewage and the land all in one and plus the trailer. They go by your credit no felons
