Some.of the staff is ok but the storenitsel is HORRIBLE SERVICE. The PAY MACHINE NEVER WORKS WHATZTHE PURPOSE of having the store shut it down and let the ppl use the PAY AUTOMATIC MACHINE

This place is ok but they do not have a clue about any technical issues you may have or how to resolve them. While the overall service is adequate, some personal due lack good customer service skills. They exist only to take your $$$$. The great thing about this place is the convenient self service machine......in and out in 2 minutes.

This store seems very busy even when there is not many people waiting. Simple transactions take forever. There where 4 customer service personal taking care of customers but in the 35 minutes I was waiting only one came free to move the line along. Representatives do way to much chatting with attending customers. Although it's nice to have friendly customer service representatives it's better to have a in between so other customers don't have to wait so long for some simple tasks.

Yes but if you are just returning, it's faster taking it to a UPS store. It is faster and you don't pay for anything. They will even box it up for you.

I'm not sure if they have older cable boxes. For what i know they only carry newer model cable boxes
From what I know, Spectrum does not cover The Bronx. Not sure why.
Spectrum doesn't service the building I lived in ...it uses a different provider.
