If you don't speak the language, common sense would mandate no comment! Now for the Spanish speakers: It depends on the day, sometimes they don't have the staff to help people who don't speak English. My recommendation would be to dress patiently and most of the time you will find adequate assistance. It is the same for everyone, no matter what language they speak.
Surely they are people who are siamese and that last too long.
