Extremely slow workers waited 2 hours and still didn't get to speak with someone

Just went in there to ask a couple questions. It wasnt overly busy, but I decided to sit down as it would take a while. As I was about to sit on one of the lounger I peeped a roach crawling on it. Me and a lil girl ran away ASAP. I moved to one of the tall chairs. Making sure not to touch the table. I was sitting there for about 5 minutes and a roach crawled from under the bottom...I'm sooo disgusted and ran out of there. And checked my clothes before getting in the car.

Long wait because customers at the two desks had difficult issues. I was one of the customer. I was just swapping out a modem. Apparently that is a difficult proposition.
