I was told my apartment needs to be re-wired for internet service... My maintenance man says your technician didn't want to do his job.... What do I do? I just want internet, should I tty a differt provider?

The techs are usually a 50/50 shot. One will be terrible the other great call the number that contacted you about confirming the appointment. They should send someone over to take another look
