I think you need 5 years invested to get anything I came in 2003 did 11 years I had the 5/57. I retired got all my benefitsthe older pension were 30/62 or 25/55 which some people bought I to. Then they had 10/57 the new one is 25/55which one you had?the most I THI K you can do is get what you paid into it

You membership should have been terminated in 1995 as 5 years out and your contributions should have been returned to you. You needed 5 years to be vested.
