I have called this place three times and each time I have been hung up on. The operators are rude and I’m just trying to check my voter status as election day approaches. I hate it here.

You need to fill out new voter's registration card. It will ask you for your new address and old address along with the last four digits of your social security number. You can either come down to the Board Of Elections or give them a call to send you a change of address form.
