I When to apply for HHA position in the agency. They were rude, disrespectful and incompetent( don’t know nothing) I called later to tell them about my experience, when I started talking, they up on me. The owner or the manager must overlook the staff they are ruining the business..

Waste of time to apply to work for this agency! I walked in to the office about 1.5 month ago. I Filled up, every necessary papers. I gave them my work permit…etc. Than they sent me to the doctor for the physical exemption. I went to my own doctor and I did every necessary exam. When I got my result I gave that to them and they said few days later it is not good enough for them. So, I went to their dr. Than I went for an orientation for a whole day. Than waiting for the exam results 2 weeks. After all off this things they took my papers and checked it. I spent 1.5 months to wait always the next step. Everything went soooo slow. At an other agency the whole thing is done in 1week!!!! So, after 1.5 months waiting and waisted so many hrs and days ( like sitting on the orientation for a whole day) they told me, sorry we can’t except you, because I’m not a citizen. They could tell me on the first day when I walked in to the office and not waisted my time!!!! I could work already for an other agency more than a month ago. I wasted time and money! Plus, they are paying so little money. 3$ / hr less than other agency. I’m very disappointed!

This is the most worst agency I have ever work for I've never got paid on time the coordinators will never get back to you on time the staff is so lacks in helping the customers it's out of control

Good day I'm not really sure now I graduated 2 years at that time they didn't I would call main office in Brooklyn and see if they can accommodate you with a Spanish interpreter. Hope this was helpful
Good Afternoon and thank you for your question. The short answer is "yes", we currently have hundreds of exceptionally caring and compassionate Russian speaking home health aides working with us. The longer answer is that availability changes daily as our HHA's are scheduled with our clients -- also individual HHA's availability may change for their own reasons. One HHA may be available today and not available tomorrow. Not to worry though -- staffing logistics is our specialty. We recommend speaking with our Intake Department (718-627-1122) so they can get a better idea of the clients location, their approved hours/schedule, and of course the date which you would need the assistance of our staffing/coordination department, from there we would be able to provide you with an accurate and well informed answer to your question. Any other color of scrubs is the correct wear. I've been with the HHA for 15yrs and Special Touch is the most incompetent agency ever!
