Worst company ever I got my certificate from them everything was going fine untill I went to a case lady had a rat as her met running in the house I called them I told them I was not staying there so I left they determined me cause of that I really didn’t care cause I was not going take that case with a rat 🐀 then the pandemic came so I was not working when i tired to go back to Work my certificate expired I called them to renovated they said they was going call me back never did I had to get renovated by another angency like they are so irresponsible worst angency ever 🙄🙄🙄

This company horrible to work for

They employed me and then because of a medical note I presented, decided I could not work for them (fine. I understand). However, their system continuously sends me cases to take. When I call to inquire I am told I am an "active" employee (what? I thought you terminated me because I was not medically fit to work for you). I call and leave emails to deactivate me from receiving these case updates and yet I am told to "just ignore them". No, I will not "ignore" them. Should I take a case you are offering me? No you say. Then remove me and stop sending them to me. Why am I even active in your system? This will cause problems with government agencies and future employers possibly as they will think I am lying about being unemployed. HR is very unorganized or they like to make people's lives miserable.
