Its sad that it only takes one person to be a hindrance on the staff and bring down a company's rating. But when that person is the assistant store manager it's even worse. I didn't even have an issue but hearing the way he spoke to people was troubling. Take off the 15 pins on your shirt and try being a little nicer and more considerate of older people. Because p.s. It appears your one of them.
