Like most city services - don't expect this one to work. Waste of time.

Just waited for an hour on hold. When someone finally picked up, I aksed my question, they said one moment, and hung up on me... wth

Horrible service!! First you wait a long time to get someone on the phone with a terrible attitude and in the end not helpful at all. These government agencies are so frustrating to deal with. Why employ people that do not want to be there and serve? It’s so inefficient like everything else with this city. So sad!!!

Impossible to contact. The phone just loops ads. I spent 2 hours listening and nobody responded.

Contact the D.E.P. and explain the problem of your backed up sewer, if they are unable to figure out where to connect your call, suggest B.W.S.O. The Bureau Of Wastewater And Sewage Operations.
