House keeping was very lovely and nice. No laundromat, pool, or gym, very rickety hotel. Really bad wifi. It was the main office and staff I had a problem with. Very rigid feeling people to the point I was anxious to get out of here after having to stay for a week. Other than that, the suites are large, and the bed soft.

Clean, Affordable, and the customer service is wonderful. I travel a lot for business and a safe, clean affordable place to stay is important. This location meets all those marks. Close to everything. Great restaurants!

It was a good stay & I felt with current inflation, labor shortstop etc. everything was acceptable. However there is no excuse for a parking lot & property to litter filled. I personally picked up litter and having been a Hotel Manager myself, emphasizing a clean property is not impossible or to time consuming

My parents visit Oregon 1-2 times a year for a week at a time. I can always count on this hotel to welcome them with open arms and I always know my parents will be in good hands. This hotel is the best choice hotel in lane county, hands down

They do have discounts there, im just not sure how you go about getting them. My nephew was in River Bend Hospital, he passed away there. We came from out of State & stayed there for $35 A night. My Brother got us the rooms there & he said we got the discount because of our nephew being in River Bend. I dont know if this helps you but its all I have!
Continental style breakfast and they usually have a pan of scrambled eggs. Waffle maker, toast, Bagels, a little fruit, juice and coffee
