You have to pay for utilities separately. It costs about 40$. Electricity bill depends on usage. It is typically 300$ during January. 150$ for July.

Cable/Internet is not included and you will have to get a new connection. Water/Sewage costs around $30 - $50 depending on your usage. The heating is using gas. So, the electricity + gas bill should be around $100 - $150 depending on your usage, with the majority of it coming from gas in the winter and the majority of it coming from electricity in the summer. I've been staying here for a year and my combined bill has never gone over $130.
