Outside of the building built in 1928, had to moved from here, when bought by possible latest owner, the price is that of a mortage payment, not recommend to live here, might in the future to be on the HUD program to get new tenants, not guarentee to have full resident in having enough residents.

Nice quiet place in Irvington. A recent change in ownership has done wonders for this location. I would not of rated 5 stars 6 months ago. Management is attentive and friendly, and everything is done online, which has made things very convenient. My lease was up last month and I fully anticipated on leaving, but this new ownership and management has made me change my mind and renew my lease. Highly recommended if there is an opening!

Amazing management, you could tell they aimed to please, timely, knowledgeable and accommodating. Maintenance was helpful and prompt. If I stayed in Indianapolis longer, I would have definitely remained living here. Absolutely recommend them to friends and family in the area.

I looked at these apartments and really liked them. The bedroom closet is huge and the kitchen has been updated with new appliances and cabinets. It was really cute. The people helping me were so nice.
