These apartments are amazing!!!! They have completely updated the apartments with the most beautiful flooring and paint color. They have all new appliances with gorgeous light fixtures also. The pool area is furnished with brand new furniture and it is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are well kept and it was peaceful too. The manager is super sweet and so helpful. She is so knowledgeable and feel she is a great asset to everyone. Gave me all updated info and so kind. Amazing office staff and manager. I hav a friend who had been there going on 3 years and loves it. She has never had any issues and well built. So I am hoping to get in. An excellent and so affordable for the area.

I am posting this review to warn people about North Willow Apartments. I was a previous resident and moved away due to major water damage and the passing away of my mom. I decided to try them AGAIN because I did like the open and very spacious set up. When I returned, I returned to the same Property Manager Alicia, and the exact same apartment assured BY HER that it had been completely renovated! She was correct, COSMETIC RENOVATION WITH RODENT INFESTATION!! I have only been back LITERALLY ONE MONTH!! During this time, mice /rats began to appear! I contacted Alicia, she came over and VISUALLY witnessed a mice moving and running only to send two small black boxes placed in two different that could not fight off RODENT INFESTATION!! I have spent a ENORMOUS amount of money including hiring TWO EXTERMINATORS who are struggling to help!!!! I am currently disabled facing a life changing permanent surgery and I am terrified, not to mention, stressed out!!!!! I have contacted the State Board of Health but that seems to be almost a non working factor!! Due to all the holes in the ceilings, doorway cracking, chewing of outside siding with pipes hanging out what can be done!! Renovation was a joke!! Hidden VERY WELL!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR SAFETY!!!! I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST DUE TO MY DISABILITY!! I WILL NOT ALLOW THE MISTREATMENT OR COMMITMENT OF NORTH WILLOW APARTMENTS to disregard protecting and adhering to their tenants!! BE VERY AWARE BEFORE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE!!

I moved in on March 25, 2017 and have been extremely pleased ever since. I am in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, called The Devon, which is huge compared to other 2br/2ba apartments in the area. Upon move-in I completed a check list of items that I thought needed attention and within a couple days after submitting this list, maintenance was in my apartment fixing the items on the list. The pool is a good size for this community and so far is hardly used, which I thoroughly enjoy. One may pay extra for a covered and reserved parking space, which I do and would highly recommend. There is hardly any noise in the entire complex, a few children playing during the day but otherwise quiet. Tori is the apartment complex manager and is wonderful to work with and is super friendly. If one is seeking new residence, I would highly suggest coming to North Willow! **UPDATE: 11/21/17** Still love living here. You can lease a washer and dryer through the apartment complex for a small monthly fee, which I'd recommend if you don't have a set of your own.

This apartment complex hasn't been one of my most pleasant ones. Between the constant problems with my apartment (ant infestation, flooding from another apartment, heating/cooling issues) to the office losing payments. I even talked to a neighbor who said his rent was "fished" out of the drop box. To which they told him he was still responsible and he should have brought his payment inside.Make sure you keep your reciepts! I love the size of the apartment. Just not all the issues.
