The standard Passport process takes about 4-6 weeks and has a $110 fee. Expedited passports require proof of travel in the immediate future (except on the Passport Day Saturday each month) and are turned around in 2-3 weeks. This service carries an additional $60 surcharge. If you need it faster than that, call the Passport Agency or visit their website.
