How am I supposed to schedule an appointment when online scheduling has been disabled and when I call 877 number it tells me to do everything online. No option for scheduling appointment or at least to talk to someone. Any help would be appreciated.

They only have so many appointments a day so make sure you call right when they open at 8am est
