I applied for passport renewal but booking appointment as become very difficult because no one picked the phone, will i be attended to if come over?

Sure.... But do you gave the payment receipt from Innovate???? I know they are currently attending to those who applied up till April 2020. Receipts from May 2020 were turned away at the entrance gate. Passport renewal applications are treated Monday to Thursday 10 to 1pm. Friday 11am to 2pm. Picking up of passports begins at 1pm to 3pm Monday to Friday. This is with respect to the Washington DC office. I hope that this helps you
