Sorry if this is a dumb question...I am not familiar with Certified Prepaid Priority mail envelope. I am guessing I need to provide a addresses at the post office. So my ship from is the embassy and ship to is my own address? Also, ship date?

Not a dumb question at all. You're right; ship from is embassy and ship to is your address. Whatever date you put doesn't matter. The post office will go by the date they pick up your package anyway.

Absolutely right. You don't need a ship date. All u need is ship from and ship to address.
