If I understand correctly, if visas are not being processed then traveling to Nigeria as an American right now is not an option? Is that correct?
If you have an American Passport the Nigerian Embassy is not currently processing Visa. The only option is to apply for an Emergency Travel Certificate with an Nigerian Passport.
