They don't pick up the phone, you need to be there physically to make enquiries and perhaps book an appointment. They no longer let you pick up there again, you pay for postage and your passport or visa is mailed to you. Hope this helps.
866-210-0224 You can go there, arrive before 10 am. Any day of the week. I was there yesterday. I would arrive there by 9am if I were you..they started by attending to those with appts; then taking the first 5 for passport bio...immigration matters went in next. pickups for passports were at 11... No appt was needed, beyond those already having one. But all were seen and things completed. I hope this helps. Enjoy your day!
