I followed instructions given at the embassy to renew my Nigerian passport. I completed the application steps, received an application id & a reference number. I have also paid. A week later checking NIS portal says I have not paid. What do I do>

You should probably go to the embassy and if you have the transaction details from your bank to show you've paid then they probably would help

Go to the embassy. Noone will help you unless you your receipt.
