No you can't, the gate will be locked and there's no drop box.
I am not sure but i will suggest you call them. Their office may not be opened after hours so i do not believe anybody will be there to sign it in. Call thrm or you can mail it. You may also check from thr website if that's alloed. Hopefully this will work.
