The decision to issue id card is just implemented and it may take you sometime to get it. No sure exactly when it will be available but I can assure you it will take sometime

Thank you for your help Michael. I ,et a virl online who is involved with Abundant Blessings Orphanage. She asked for money over the summer after she contracted malaria but asked me to send it to another girl because she didn't have a national I.D. card so I was a little skeptical but she's been there for over a year. Are you familiar with this orphanage it's located in the town of Tamales in North Port.
