Fee is per vehicle. As of April 2019, April through October, weekdays are $7 and weekends are $10. All other times are $7.

Just confirming the fee per vehicle. But it is on the honor system when there is no attendent. Not sure it will work since you are asked to put the receipt in the dash.
I went hiking a couple of times and paid a $5 parking fee each time. Once it was "on your honor" because the park gate was not staffed.
