The application can be completed via our incredibly user friendly website MeridianGalleryPlace.com. To reserve an apartment today, we require a $75 application fee per lease holder and a one time non-refundable move-in fee of $500. The application process traditionally takes 2-5 business days, includes both a criminal background and credit check.
