If you value your safety, sanity, and happiness... avoid this devastatingly horrible place. The few pros.... the ladies in the office were always very nice. Convenient location. Free parking. Most neighbors are kind. Otherwise... This place is run down, dirty, and has a building-wide roach infestation.... No, really. The bug problem was unlike anything I've ever seen before, they come from behind the walls, inside the dryers, etc... The water is also completely turned off for 8 hours a day on a regular basis, to the point where I had to join a gym strictly to take care of basic hygiene needs. Neighbors and I experienced serious infrastructure problems including flooding and walls collapsing. In the single year I lived here, there were multiple fires in my building. (Edit - after mgmt response, deleted reference to the apartment fire in a neighboring complex. There were indeed a couple instances of fire and evacuation in our building, though.) Security was non existent ... From random people legitimately camping out in my hallway in the middle of the night, to the many times I was harassed in the front lobby by people trying (and succeeding) to get into the apartment building, I rarely felt safe. Not to mention EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE I ever got delivered was stolen - many of my neighbors also had packages and personal items stolen from them too. There were also gunshots and fights outside the building on a regular basis. Anyways, been waiting to vent on this one for a while. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and misery of living here.

My first impressions were a little uneasy.. not just because of the locked doors at the leasing office, but the energy seemed off in the office. Jamire was the first person I met at the property and he seemed to be helpful right away to show me a unit but I noticed my entire onboarding experience was quite unlike any other experience I’ve had looking for an apartment…The units are okay, the location was perfect for my job, but mostly wood in the kitchens and units could use an upgrade. Never the less, what made my experience poor was It took leasing quite some time to dissect my Offer letter and to read it properly…Weeks went by, and I noticed I was following up on my application more than the property was following up with me. After 2 weeks of waiting, ofcourse I called… Credit passed, job was verified, but was told background check would take 1 MONTH TO COME BACK… when I asked for a refund ? Jamire was quick to jump on giving me my deposit back… ( seemed very unsympathetic) I left and rented from another property happily…I would also note that the manager was really nice, Jamire told me I had to book an appointment to talk to her but she still came over and apologized about my experience and I felt valued in her presence.. 2 stars is for never getting my application fee back, or a follow up call.. 2 entire weeks and time WASTED applying for this property with no real answers still as to why my background came never came back. What a shame…. I left feeling very confused and misled

I love living here the only problem I have is the people on my floor don't put the trash in the trash chute the put there trash on the floor but the trash chute which makes our floor smell like garbage and the air goes off to soon which on hot days makes it very hot in my home even with my fan on but other than that I love it here ❤

From the first time my mother and I inquired about an available unit, the professionalism of the staff was memorable. They were eager to assist us and move the application process along as quickly as humanly possible. My mother is 80+ years young and spry as ever. The location is just purr-fect for her! We are grateful to Ms. Chinelo Nwozo and Mr. Jamire for their patience and hard work.
