I’ve been living at the Meridian on First for over a year, and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, my leasing experience was smooth, and the common areas are clean and appealing. Residents in the building are friendly, and my neighbors are quiet. Yes, there is construction going on next door, but I was told about this when I moved in—there were no surprises. The building is ideally located near the metro, Whole Foods, great bars/restaurants, and the baseball stadium. It’s also not far from the Wharf and Buzzard Point.

Lauren Palmere was the property manager I never knew I needed. She didn’t have to help she could have just delegated but she made sure all my needs were met and I understood every aspect of my new home. FYI I love this place, amenities, it’s spacious and super clean and modern.

I had a fantastic leasing experience with the entire office -- very prompt, responsive, and informative. The agent I worked with was extremely knowledgeable about the current building and its sister property under construction, and gave great guidance on which unit(s) would best meet my husband and my needs. The building itself is lovely, and the units have the best 1BR floorplans I've found in Navy Yard. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here since May 2021 and I’ve had a great experience. Building is quiet ( I think each apartment is enclosed by wood or cement based on my attempts to hang items). Building and common areas are always clean. Maintenance is handled quickly and with no issues. Building is still very new and the units show little evidence of wear and tear.

We also have hand sanitizer stations at the entry of our building and in the lobby elevator vestibule.
