DO NOT LIVE HERE! I rented here for a year and wish I hadn’t. The management is horrible, the residents are rowdy and sometimes dangerous. I moved out almost 4 months ago and still haven’t been given my security deposit back and management is doing nothing about it and refuses to call me back. There are so many better building in Navy Yard, seriously don’t live here if you are a young professional.

absolutely abhorrent customer service and zero actual knowledge of the building/ company THEY WORK FOR. Called to ask one simple question, got put on hold for 32 minutes, called back, was hung up on. Went by after work and the same girl is sitting at the front desk. I know this because I say "I called earlier and wasn't given an answer to my question" and she mumbles an acknowledgement and rolls her eyes. She has to ask two other people in the office for an answer to a simple yes or no question. Absolutely baffling experience.

Do you love the idea of paying luxury prices for a place that reduces services without reducing pricing? Do you want passive aggressive notes on the door that result in deliveries being left outside for anyone to steal? Does the idea of management ignoring every email you send excite you? I recently signed my lease and moved in. After doing so, I'm learning that the pool is not open and there doesn't seem to be an opening date. I wish I had known there might be ongoing maintenance/construction or whatever is going on with the pool prior to moving in. It's one of the amenities I was looking forward to. We are not off to a good start.
