If I could give negative stars I would!!!! This apartment staff is very unprofessional, they do not answer the phone, return calls or EVEN a voicemail. Heissel Nunez placed blame on the system being updated which causes delay. As well as also promoting available apartments for rent, but then come back and say they have been rented for weeks. I had to call over and over just to get a floor plan, after explaining to the employee that there is no picture uploaded for the unit I was interested in. I’ve given this place three chances and so glad I didn’t go with them based off this horrible experience!!! If they act like this while in the application stage image how it will be once you’re a resident.

The leasing office is terrible. I brought in money orders for rent and only one of them was applied to my account. I went back in a day or two later to address it and the leasing agent assured me that it would be handled. I waited to pay my rent until the $1000 money order was applied to my account, now I have a late fee because I don’t want to spend an extra 1000 this month for rent and the agent tells me I should pay it anyway. If I had $1000 extra a month for rent trust me I would not be living here. I just don’t think it’s fair that I should have to pay a late fee due to the offices mistake.

3 people have recently been shot at the complex. 2 were killed as seen on the news. The front office workers, especially Rosa Valencia, went above and beyond for their residents. However, within 2 years there has been a complete turnover and the same workers (front office and maintenance) are not here anymore. More money should be put back into the property. Railings need repainted and things are just painted over. A few really good ideas were never completed for the property as well. Work orders have been taking longer recently and aren’t always done. I don’t feel as safe as I did when I moved in two years ago. Trash will stack on the curbs due to it not being picked up (but still charged for the service I believe). The pool has been closed most of the summer again. The price keeps going up which is fine if things are getting better. We will not be renewing most likely when it comes time. It was not this way when we moved in…

No maintenance service everything is breaking down called and nobody ever come to fix anything since I’ve been here I’ve been fixing everything in my, apartment please do not move here go somewhere else to get your moneys worth this place is horrible OK trust me
